Blaze Camo formed in NYC in 1995 and featured Jesse Jones (Yuppicide) on vocals, John Lafata (Mind Over Matter, Crown of Thorns, Madball) on drums, Trevor Silmser (Awake) on bass and David Acampora on Guitar.
